We know of horrors worse than your hell

The Amish school house has been demolished and the two little Barrie girls have been buried. That child that died in his or her carseat at the bottom of the Twin Towers on September 11th, 2001 has some new friends to play with. The horrible way to make friends, helped by the adults and parents.
How can children feel safe anywhere anymore when their homes are torn apart at the stroke of a pen, their schools are killing fields, and the buildings might fall on their heads? They'll grow up confused and uncertain. If they grow up feeling unsafe, they grow up to be gang members and suicide bombers.

boys and girls, it's time to respect the childrens' dreams. Problem solving is one of our greatest abilities. Each child is born for greatness with forces that surround them...so let's get painting!

new parents should be required to meet with family law judges for an informal review. The "Family Law Registry" created to identify critical control points. Case managers on your ass if problems arise. The Judge that knows you best is going to make orders if required.Don't let your family live under a court order if you can avoid it. It Sucks!

How about an extreme solution:
If for any reason your relationship breaks down, The Childrens' Society takes custody of the children regardless of the situation. Quasi-orphaned, they are moved to a luxury hotel, placed in school, and have their needs met by an army of social workers. Meanwhile the parents have all their assets seized and sold. They are both ordered to gain employment and provide standard certified residences where their children can visit. Excess income is put in a trust fund for the children. They both pay child support to The Society and have equal access responsibilities. Unfit parents either get fit or go to jail.
These Society Villages would go up everywhere. Family law as we know it would dissappear and men and women would work hard together to keep their families together...or else. The kids are safe and relatively happy, not weapons or even worse...victims.

If you have children...understand The New Family Law.

(Years later, families were happily staying together throughout the land so the Villages took in the homeless and needy. Decades later, the homeless dissappeard too (prisons all but empty too) so the Villages opened their doors to the children of the world)
